The department no longer prints and mails PA-40 booklets to taxpayers unless specifically requested to do so. The department encourages taxpayers to file electronically or use the free copies of forms and instructions available at www.revenue.pa.gov.
The department will continue to make available, upon request, the PA-40IN, Instruction Booklet, however, this booklet does not contain the tax forms. Therefore, the fastest and easiest way to obtain the Pennsylvania personal income tax forms is by downloading them from our website. If you do not have Internet access, visit your local public library or a Revenue district office or use one of the following services:
