Plan Review is the process of ensuring that new facilities & operations are built and operated according to adopted rules. We consider the physical facility, operations, goals, and establish expectations with new clients to ensure that our licensed facilities are both safe, and successful.

Prolonged Power Outage Mitigation Operational Plan Review Application The purpose of this plan review process is to ensure that any proposed operational plan complies with all requirements of Oregon State Rules and Statutes. All facility and plan alterations are the financial responsibility of the project proponent and must be completed before operating during a prolonged power outage. It is advisable that submitted plans follow and ‘All Hazards’ preparedness paradigm. Prolonged Power Outages may occur in our area for multiple reasons.
